11 car dealerships in the Metro Atlanta area representing industry leading
brands such as Lexus, Jaguar, Volvo, Infiniti, BMW, and Audi. In addition,
Nalley Automotive Group operates Nalley Motor Trucks which specializes in
medium to large commercial trucks. The Nalley Automotive Group’s business

Nalley Automotive Group is in the business of selling and servicing cars and
trucks but is heavily dependent on Information Technology systems to engage in
its daily business. In order to stay ahead of its competitors and gain
increased efficiencies, Nalley needs to leverage the latest available
technologies and services in an intelligent and cost-effective manner. Rather
than build and maintain a significant in-house I.T. team, Nalley management
determined that it would be more productive to focus its personnel on its core
business and leverage a trusted partner for its technology services needs.
Nalley senior management determined that the company needed to identify a
single partner that could provide high-quality, mission-critical I.T.
infrastructure implementation services as well as core daily I.T. services such
as helpdesk, remote support, and onsite support.

Nalley senior management engaged in a vendor selection process that included
many of the top I.T. services vendors in the Metro Atlanta area. After a
detailed assessment of these vendors, Nalley management determined that
Northridge Systems provided the most comprehensive and high-quality set of
services ranging from a full-service helpdesk to advanced infrastructure
services.
Northridge Systems has taken the lead on providing robust I.T. services and
support to Nalley Automotive Group. Northridge Systems engages in both
strategic project implementations as well as daily support services. Northridge
Systems provides a full-service helpdesk solution to all Nalley dealerships
that includes complete remote support and dispatched onsite support on a timely
basis.

Since the launch of the Northridge Systems service, employees at Nalley
dealerships have responded with positive comments about the vast improvement in
the I.T. service level provided by Northridge Systems. Northridge Systems'
senior network architects are continually improving the core I.T.
infrastructure at Nalley while helpdesk personnel and onsite engineers are
managing the day-to-day volume of I.T. support issues to ensure that Nalley can
continue to provide valuable service and support to its loyal customer base.
