Executive Summary Report

The Executive Summary report provides business owners and executives with a high-level overview of their I.T. operation. The report summarizes the entire I.T. environment into a single Network Health metric. Most business owners don't want to get into the weeds of I.T. but they do realize how crucial it is to have a reliable I.T. infrastructure. By reviewing the Executive Summary report each month, business owners can ensure that the network health is improving or remaining at a high level. Other data provided on the Executive Summary report includes server and network availability, Internet availability, patch status, server utilization, security scan results, trouble ticket summary, and an asset management overview.


Server Health Report

Servers are at the heart of every company's I.T. operation. If a server is having a problem it can easily stymie the productivity of an entire company and hurt revenue and profitability. The Server Health report provides summarized performance and health information on each of the servers within the network. The report contains key data analysis including server availability, processor utilization, memory usage, hard drive utilization, network uptime, patching history, and alerts. Northridge engineers not only respond to real-time alerts from customer servers but also regularly review the server health reports and evaluate any trends in order to proactively address potential health problems before they impact the business.


Site Hardware Summary Report

One of the challenges that smaller businesses face as they grow is that they end up with a myriad of I.T. assets from various manufacturers with different specifications. While larger companies often have rigid asset procurement guidelines and asset management software, smaller businesses generally don't have such measures in place. The Site Hardware Summary report provides comprehensive I.T. asset information including all workstations, servers, operating systems, network devices, processor types, hard drives sizes, memory sizes, and peripheral devices. The Site Hardware Summary report makes it easy to assess whether or not the enterprise is ready to upgrade to a new operating system or new version of a business software application.
