Senior Project Manager
A Senior Project Manager at Northridge Systems provides project leadership
throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from the initiation and
planning phases through production support, including forecasting, setting
objectives, and determining courses of action. The Project Manager plans and
prioritizes scheduling and execution based on client goals and dynamic
conditions. This individual will work with our sales teams to identify
strategic client projects, estimate project time and costs, and develop
high-level scope descriptions for proposals.
A Northridge Systems Project Manager is responsible for creating and/or
organizing client deliverables (Project Charters, Use Cases, Wireframes, Site
Architecture, Functionality Descriptions, Project Plans) for later use during
the Implementation phase of a project. Upon client approval of the defined
scope and cost, the Project Manager is responsible for facilitating detailed
design and development project meetings, planning and managing detailed design
and development activities, conducting quality assurance testing, and managing
the client through user acceptance. Ultimately, the Project Manager manages
project scope, customer expectations, and project budget.

Marketing Manager
Northridge Systems seeks a Marketing Manager. The position will be
responsible for leading the development and the implementation of Northridge
marketing programs. The position will work closely with the Northridge business
development and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities include:

Microsoft Corporate Marketing Relationship Management – working with corporate
Microsoft marketing in the US marketplace to plan and track marketing programs
that are jointly funded by Northridge and Microsoft.

Microsoft Field Marketing Relationship Management – working with various
regional Microsoft marketing organizations and individuals to create, organize,
manage and execute various marketing programs and activities (such as online
“Webinars,” in person seminars and speaking engagements, and related programs)
in order to generate Sales leads and awareness.

Microsoft Partner Program Management – manage the Northridge “Microsoft Gold
Certified Partner” status; drive Northridge to reach higher levels of Microsoft
Partner status through training, customer references, etc; educate Northridge
on how to reap the full benefits of the Microsoft Partner Programs. Ensure that
Northridge maintains current Gold Partner level.

Microsoft Marketing Program Management – manage the Northridge participation in
any special Microsoft marketing programs.

Northridge Webinars Planning and Coordination – Produce and record 1-hour
online Webinars on various topics at 6-8 week intervals. Position requires
identifying topics and speakers, project management of the development of the
speaker’s presentation, running the email marketing campaigns and/or website
promotions to drive registration and attendance at the Webinars, managing the
list of Registrants and Attendees for the Webinars, managing the actual Webinar
event itself (using tools like LiveMeeting or WebEx), coordinating all
follow-up with Webinar attendees. Technical support will be available from a
member of the Northridge technical team.

Northridge Special Customer Events Planning and Coordination –Host periodic
Executive Briefings / Breakfasts in a variety of major metro markets. Position
requires continued planning and execution of these Executive events as well as
other “platinum” client events.

Northridge Website Management (www.Northridge.com) – managing and coordinating
all content and graphical updates of the website through the use of external
website technical vendor. Includes writing abstracts of industry related
articles and placing on the Northridge website. Includes search engine
optimization. Technical support will be available from a member of the
Northridge technical team or external consultant / company.

Northridge Marketing Collateral – manage existing collateral, coordinate and
drive all creation of new collateral such as Service Offering slip-sheets,
general company backgrounders, etc. Managing marketing materials inventory
levels. Manage Northridge give-aways.

Northridge Database Management – manage lists of names in Excel, Access and
SalesForce.com Management. Managing of marketing campaign data and tracking.
Managing of Lead and Contact Lead Sources and tracking. Data cleansing.
Reporting out of SalesForce.com.

Northridge Conference Attendance Coordination – coordinate the background
information Evaluation of different Conference Opportunities, coordinate
registrations, submitting logo, company profile, stuffing marketing folders,
shipping materials, travel arrangements, on site logistics with booth,
shipments, possibly perform in a “meet & greet” function at the conference
booth itself during the conference, assistance with sales presentations and
demos at the conference, return shipments.

Northridge Press Releases and Case Studies – Manage the periodic creation and
posting of Northridge Press releases as well as the creation of Client Case
Studies for internal and external use.

Marketing Reporting - Reporting on marketing activity and trends, campaign

Software Architect
A software architect at Northridge Systems is an individual that has at least
10 years of full-lifecycle software engineering and team leadership experience.
Software architects are responsible for designing software applications using
best practices and should have a strong understanding of modern development
methodologies, Microsoft.NET, SQL Server, object-oriented design, and
relational database modeling. Software architects are also responsible for
coaching and training junior-level programmers such that those programmers are
instilled with best practices and can quickly advance to a senior level within

Microsoft platform. Senior software engineers deliver the bulk of the
programming tasks within a software development project team. These individuals
must be at an expert level with Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, SQL
Server 2005, Windows application development, and web development.

Senior Systems Engineer
A senior systems engineer at Northridge Systems is an individual that has at
least 5 years of network and systems engineering experience on the Microsoft
platform. Senior systems engineers are responsible for implementing advanced
network infrastructure projects for Northridge Systems' customers. A senior
systems engineer will have completed multiple implementations of Windows Server
2003, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
Responsibilities include:

Business Development Managers
Northridge seeks Business Development Managers in both the Atlanta and
Birmingham metro areas. The Business Development Managers will report to the
Chief Business Development Officer at Northridge. The Business Development
Managers will work very closely with Northridge’s regional consulting leadership
and service practice lines (business intelligence, corporate portals,
infrastructure, interactive), and will focus on developing and driving new
Northridge business opportunities while also working closely with Microsoft
field sales and partner management in the region where appropriate.
Responsibilities include:

Sales Lead Outreach and Qualification – Follow up and build relationships with
Leads as generated by the Northridge Marketing process or other self-generated
sources. Write follow up emails and place outbound follow-up phone calls to
sales “suspects” in order to qualify their potential interest in Northridge
offerings. Nurture and build relationships to build pipeline. Also be prepared
to take actual in-bound Sales phone calls and qualify appropriately, engage
additional Northridge practice leaders / subject matter experts as necessary.

Sales Overview Presentations – Hold qualification conversations, prepare and
deliver initial overview presentations to potential customers on Northridge,
our consulting services and disciplines, and what enabling technologies
Northridge deploys (Microsoft PerformancePoint, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft
System Center, Microsoft Windows Server 2008, etc.). Position also may involve
presenting at regional marketing events.

Proposal/RFI/RFP Responses – Lead and “project manage” Proposals as well as RFP
/ RFI responses - including assembling response teams and coordinate the
drafting and delivery of Proposals as well as RFI / RFP responses with multiple
internal Northridge resources supporting.
