True North is a lean and flexible methodology that includes an appropriate level of process and documentation without overburdening the project team or bloating the cost. The methodology is comprised of three distinct layers which are the Strategy layer, Delivery layer, and Management layer. Each layer is then comprised of individual stages and only the appropriate layers and stages are utilized based on the specific business goals of the client.
