  • SharePoint Solution Architects - Atlanta, GA & Charlotte, NC

    Northridge is seeking a high-energy, team-oriented, and business-minded architect to serve as technology consultant on a client-focused project team. If you are a technically proficient, focused individual with 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of line-of-business applications, this position is for you.

    Applicant must possess an in-depth understanding of the Microsoft .NET Framework, Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation, ASP.NET technology, and SQL Server 2008 in a variety of business environments. Our consultants must also have a considerable knowledge of design patterns and must have hands-on development and architectural experience with highly customized solutions.

    Responsibilities Include:

  • .NET Solution Developer and Consultant - Charlotte, NC

    If you have a strong background in software engineering and are looking for the opportunity to broaden your skillset with Microsoft SharePoint, this position is for you. Northridge is seeking a motivated, team-oriented, customer-facing candidate with 5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer in the hands-on development and deployment of Microsoft solutions.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to break into a client facing role. The individual filling this role should bring a strong understanding of the .NET Framework, Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation, ASP.NET technology, and SQL Server 2008 in a variety of business formats. This individual will work to create highly customized solutions for one key Northridge client. The successful candidate will have the desire and ability to advance their career by gaining experience with SharePoint technologies.

  • Senior Managers - Atlanta, GA & Raleigh, NC

    Northridge Senior Project Managers are individuals that have extensive expertise with project delivery and methodology. The Senior Project Manager leads project teams on complex projects and manages multiple engagements for multiple customers. The Senior Manager is responsible for delivering projects for customers that are on-time, on-budget, and on-scope. Further, the Senior Project Manager has responsibility to identify new business opportunities for Northridge with the customer and follow the proper process for ensuring cultivation of those identified opportunities. This individual is a skilled business analyst that works with customer personnel to help understand business challenges and strategize regarding a solution design and implementation for addressing those challenges.

    The Senior Project Manager must be an effective writer and overall communicator as this position will be heavily responsible for drafting deliverable documents, proposal content, work estimates, leading internal and customer meetings, providing sales support, and delivering presentations as well as reviewing all types of communications and deliverables from other Northridge team members. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing large and/or multiple project P&L(s) (budget) and will work closely with all project resources to ensure that the project is delivered within the allocated budget. The Senior Project Manager is a leader and mentor for other Northridge Project Managers and Business Consultants and specifically manages the day-to-day activities of the Senior Project Manager’s project team resources.

  • Business Intelligence Consultants - Atlanta, GA

    A Business Intelligence Consultant in the Northridge Business Intelligence practice is an expert with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence technology. This position is responsible for providing developmental expertise and consulting on Business Intelligence projects, and performing development of BI projects. This may include assisting with mapping requirements, developing estimates, developing data warehouses, developing OLAP databases, writing reports, dashboards, and scorecards, performing DBA tasks, code and data testing, and developing PerformancePoint application solutions. Candidates will be responsible for implementing these solutions and supporting the customer post-implementation. Candidates will also be involved in sales meetings with potential customers.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Designing and Building BI applications.
    • Assisting with requirements gathering.
    • Executing the requirements of BI systems. 
    • Project and application documentation.
    • Interfacing directly with the customer.

    Qualifications Include:

  • Business Development Manager - Carolinas

    Northridge seeks a Business Development Manager in the Raleigh Durham or Charlotte metro area. The Business Development Manager will report to the Chief Business Development Officer as well as the Carolinas General Manager at Northridge. The Business Development Manager will work very closely with Northridge’s regional consulting leadership and service practice lines (business intelligence, corporate portals, interactive), and will focus on developing and driving new Northridge business opportunities while also working closely with Microsoft field sales and partner management in the region where appropriate.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Sales Lead Outreach and Qualification – Self-generate leads through personal relationship building, networking, Northridge partnerships, Northridge CRM data, and other general prospecting activities to targeted named accounts in the Carolinas. Nurture and build relationships to build pipeline. Also handle in-bound Sales inquiries as provided by the Northridge Marketing engine and qualify appropriately, engage additional Northridge practice leaders / subject matter experts as necessary and when appropriate based on the Northridge sales process.
    • Sales Overview Presentations – Hold qualification conversations, prepare and deliver initial overview presentations to potential customers on Northridge, our consulting services and disciplines, and what enabling technologies Northridge deploys (Microsoft SharePoint). Position also may involve presenting at regional marketing events. 
    • Proposal/RFI/RFP Responses – Lead and “project manage” Proposals as well as RFP / RFI responses - including assembling response teams and coordinate the drafting and delivery of Proposals as well as RFI / RFP responses with multiple internal Northridge resources supporting. 
    • Microsoft Field Sales Relationship - Build and manage relationships with relevant Microsoft field sales specialists and account executives. Participate in Microsoft District-Level Sales planning and reporting through regularly scheduled meetings, conference calls, reports and analysis. Contribute to the development, planning and management of district-level marketing / sales initiatives in conjunction with Microsoft district teams. 
    • Other Northridge Go-to-Market Partner Field Sales Relationship - Build and manage relationships with relevant Northridge partner field sales specialists and account executives.
    • Sales Reporting - Sales pipeline document administration and data reporting / analysis. Includes reports provided to Microsoft through our partnership. 
    • Regional Marketing - Identify regional marketing event opportunities (regional conferences, guest speaking at Microsoft events, regional webinars), identify speaking topics and speakers, attend and represent Northridge at the event, follow up on leads generated by the event. 
    • Position requires 30-50% travel – typically day-trips in car or air.
    • Competitive research and analysis, information sharing. 
    • Sales PowerPoint presentation development / coordination / updating.

    Qualifications Include:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience, 8-10 preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA not required but a strong plus). 
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. 
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) a must.
    • Prior knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SharePoint or competitive portal platforms a very strong plus. 
    • Prior experience in a Sales Engineer / Sales Technical Consultant / Sales Technical Specialist / Sales Technical Support role or a Business Development Manager role or Project Manager role at a Consulting / Technical Services firm and Microsoft partner a very strong plus.
