Pacific Life Corporate Intranet
Founded in 1868, Pacific Life offers a wide range of life insurance, asset management and financial services products, including individual annuities and mutual funds. The company also offers a variety of investment products and services for individuals, businesses and pension plans. Pacific Life's policies are sold through independent distributors and through Pacific Select Distributors across the United States.
Pacific Life selected Northridge to redesign its existing intranet, known as "Splash!". The main focus of the project was to facilitate the transferring of the existing intranet from the Adobe ColdFusion platform to the Microsoft SharePoint platform. One of the goals for this project was to improve the user experience of the intranet to drive greater user adoption. This included enhancing the usability and improving on the aesthetic design.
Northridge designed and delivered a striking interface and information architecture to help communicate the brand and mission to employees while ensuring ease of use and navigation for all users.
