As one of the largest cable companies in the United States, this client has over 14 million basic cable subscribers, 9 million digital video customers, 9 million broadband Internet customers, and 4 million VoIP digital phone customers. It provides services in 28 states and operates local news broadcasting stations in New York, Texas, and North Carolina.
The company has partnered with Northridge for many years on a wide variety of initiatives including SharePoint user experience design, SharePoint platform development and implementation, and rich application design and development.
Recently, the client approached Northridge to help create a Flash-based, interactive CD sales tool to support marketing efforts and improve market awareness of its new ethernet service. Northridge collaborated with its video partner to shoot custom video and provide narration talent for the piece. These elements were combined in an interactive Flash interface that allows users to navigate to the section that interests them, or play the entire presentation.
