As an Associate Business Consultant, Valeria specializes in both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-per-click (PPC) services for Northridge and its clients. She is responsible for the assessment and optimization of new and existing websites, the setup and structure of PPC accounts, and the ongoing Search Engine Marketing services including link building, site monitoring, keyword tracking, and PPC campaigns’ optimization and monitoring. Originally from Costa Rica, Valeria holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Finance, a master’s degree from Georgia State University in Marketing, and a Google Adwords service professional certification. Google recently announced a drastic change to its search algorithm called “Search Plus Your World.” Previously, personalized results and search results were displayed separately. With the change, personal, private, public, and social results are all mixed into one results list by default. This change will transform Search Engine Marketing and Social Media strategies.
